How do I place an order?
1) Choose the products you want to purchase by clicking on “Add to Cart.”
2) After you have chosen all the products then click “Checkout.” on the far left side of the webpage.
3) If you already have a HolyFeast.com account you will need to log-in.

3) If you do not have an account, you will be asked to create one.
4) Follow the steps to checkout.
Once the order has been submitted, you will receive a confirmation and order number in your email inbox.
Do I have to pay customs duties or fees when the package enters my country?
Customs and duties fees are determined by the destination country and unfortunately are unpredictable. HolyFeast.com is not responsible for nor has any control over clearing packages through customs, any customs fees, charges, or duties charged to the customer, or the amounts imposed.
The customer is responsible to pay any and all fees, charges, or duties applied by customs. It should be noted that the USA, Canada, Mexico, EU and Israel have a free trade agreement and the imposition of customs fees or duties is rare.
What Payment Methods do you accept?
HolyFeast.com accepts Visa, Mastercard and PayPal via PayPal website. When purchasing with your PayPal account you will be charged in your local currency. For some orders we will accept a bank transfer. However, this needs to be prearranged with HolyFeast.com. Please contact us directly if you want to pay for an order with a bank transfer.
How can I request a Catalog?
For environmental concerns and economic concerns, HolyFeast.com has chosen not to produce a paper catalog. We welcome you to browse our on-line catalog and will be happy to answer any question you may have. For questions on our array of products please complete the on-line Contact Us Form.
What is the return policy?
If you're dissatisfied with a purchase for any reason, please contact HolyFeast.com to request a return.
You must notify HolyFeast.com within 14 days of receiving your order. The best way to contact us is via email or our Contact Us Form. Please reference the invoice number on the paperwork you received with your order. A customer service representative will contact you within 48 hours.
All returned merchandise and expenses will be for store credit only. For further assistance please see our Refund and Return Policy.
How long will it take to receive my order?
EMS (Express Mail Service) takes approximately 7-10 days to reach the final destination. If your order will take longer than the standard shipping times, we will contact you via email.
Do you have an Affiliate Program?
